Examination administration & management
In serviceUnder contract to examining bodies and educational institutions, we deliver examinations in Nepal end to end.
Venue sourcing and setup
We secure a venue sized to the candidate list and prepare seating, signage, circulation, clocks and audio equipment.
Candidate registration and reception
We handle applications, issue admission cards, and run identity checks and reception on the day.
Invigilator staffing and briefing
We recruit invigilators, brief them against the examination regulations, assign roles and deploy them.
Custody of papers and scripts
Opening times, distribution and collection counts, sealing and return are all managed and recorded.
Scoring and results processing
Following the client's method, we sort scripts, process scoring and compile results data.
Certificate issuance
We receive certificates, hand them to candidates and retain the records.
